Rhonda Ramparas
Senior Managing Director
Location: New YorkRhonda Ramparas joined BCI in 2021 and is based in New York City. She leads the financial services team as senior managing director. The financial services team focuses on various verticals including insurance services, asset and wealth management, financial technology, specialty finance, and payment solutions. With $233.0 billion in gross assets under management as of March 31, 2023, BCI is one of the largest institutional investors in Canada.
Prior to joining BCI, Rhonda was employed at Boxed, an e-commerce technology company, as chief financial officer where she managed the company’s financial performance and corporate strategy. Prior to her employment at Boxed, Rhonda served as managing director at Fortress Investment Group where she invested in, built, and managed companies across a broad array of industries including consumer finance, insurance, and transportation.
Rhonda completed her bachelor of commerce in finance from McGill University.
Rhonda currently serves as a board director for Compre Group, a global property & casualty (P&C) legacy insurance consolidator; Adams Outdoor Advertising, the fourth largest out-of-home advertising company in the United States; and , an independent global provider of specialized corporate, independent trust, fiduciary, and fund services.
